I am Cristal Gracia, a somatic systemic therapist, in-formed in trauma and attachment, humanistic art therapist, doula, psychological astrologer, social educator specialized in family and childhood.

I am Gerard’s partner and Leo’s mother.

My own experience (transformative, revealing and healing) with a partner, parenting, motherhood and trauma brings me here: to accompany you with great care, support and connection.

I have a degree in Humanities, and for more than 13 years I was accompanying people, families, children and adolescents in the social sector of Catalonia, as a social educator and as a team and project coordinator. It was a period of great dedication and enthusiasm to contribute, I learned a lot and made great friends.

Motherhood, the birth of our son Leo, and the creation of our family with Gerard, changed me profoundly and brought back wounds and incomplete processes from my own childhood and my way of relating. I noticed dynamics, patterns, wounds. It was very intense. And a great gift: a great opportunity to heal. This is the path that as a couple, I do together with Gerard who is also a trauma-formed therapist (currently with the Aleceia Model), in conscious parenting and psychological astrology, and we have the joint parenting project: Amar y Respetar.

My own experience and feeling in my heart the desire to accompany other people in their processes and relationships made me, a few years ago, change my professional direction from social transformation to personal transformation, through therapy. For years I have been accompanying people, couples and families as a therapist. And this is also a great and immense honor and gift.

Thus, motherhood led me in an obvious and natural way to personal and deep processes at a systemic, somatic, trauma and attachment level, also to train as a humanistic art therapist at INPHAR, in Family Constellations with Somatic Experience with Satyarthi Wuwei, in different parenting trainings respectful and conscious, training in trauma and polyvagal theory at the Radika Foundation or as a doula with Florencia Sabio. My personal career was also linked to alternative pedagogies such as free education, living education and finally Pickler and Waldorf pedagogies. I did many and varied personal and therapeutic processes (even before becoming a mother) related to Tantra, conscious menstrual cycles, conscious sexuality, art therapy and dance therapy and conscious movement, and meditation (mindfulness, yoga nidra) and I I then trained in Psychological Astrology (which, although it is a discipline that I do not usually apply in therapy -because we work more from the body, the systemic and emotional-, it provides a framework as a worldview and philosophical perspective).
