I have spent a large portion of my professional life in the advertising and marketing sector. After my first child, I began to take a deeper interest in the field of holistic health. I trained as a teacher of natural nutrition and energy and this training lit a spark within me to learn more.

After my second child, I trained as a yoga teacher for children with the aim of strengthening my family bond and enjoying special moments connected with my children. I now offer classes to both children and families together in order to share this experience with families who want to strengthen their bond.

With the arrival of my third child, I took the plunge and decided to make this my profession. At the same time, I trained to offer Raindrop massages with 100% pure and energetic essential oils.
