I hold a degree in haptonomy, providing affective preparation for childbirth. Since 2010, I have supported hundreds of couples and babies on their path to a connected childbirth, both in Barcelona and remotely. I have a comprehensive approach and experience in childbirth. This allows me to provide personalized support that blends science with sacred principles.

I also support adults through mindset and fitness coaching sessions to put you in contact with nature and its cycles, both in-person and online.

I offer pre- and postnatal holistic and energy treatments and am trained in several different approaches of touch communication (haptonomy, CNT, Quantik Mama, N’féraido, Shiatsu, cranio-sacral, baby massage and Shantala).

I am also trained in quantum and scientific aromatherapy. I offer initiations and women’s circles around the psycho-emotional and therapeutic virtues of essential oils.

I am passionate about what I do and put my whole heart into sharing my experience and passing on my knowledge.
