I have always been interested in the human body and I wanted to make a profession that would allow me to help people. My encounter with osteopathy was made by chance, and as I was studying, I realized how much this profession suited me. For me, it is a mix between science, since it requires a detailed knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and intuition, listening to the patient’s tissues, which is what allows each session to be different since each person has a distinct morphology and history.

I graduated in osteopathy in 2006 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in Maidstone, England, one of the first osteopathy schools in Europe.

I then worked in the South of England in private and public practices, before settling in the Barcelona region.

What I like about my profession is that it allows me to deal with a wide variety of people, from newborns to the elderly, with a diversity of professional, sports, artistic and emotional profiles, which means that, even if two people present themselves with the same symptom, the approach and treatment will always be different.

I am now the mother of three girls, and experiencing motherhood has led me to delve even deeper into the field of perinatal osteopathy (follow-up of women during pregnancy and postpartum) and pediatric osteopathy, treatment of newborns, and accompaniment in breastfeeding (after the birth of my first daughter, I trained as a lactation consultant and include this knowledge in my sessions to help mothers achieve the breastfeeding they wish).
