It was because of weekly panic attacks many years ago that I started my journey with Neuro Linguistic Programming, discovering the importance of the unconscious mind, emotions, beliefs, which resulted in letting go of weekly panic attacks completely.<\/p>\n\n

Now as a NLP trainer, intuitive artist, workshop and women’s circle facilitator I’ve been supporting clients (mainly women, and mothers) worldwide for 11 years blending a variety of modalities for embodied change. <\/p>\n\n

To reduce stress, overwhelm, anxiety, I transform the experience from negative self-talk into authentic confidence. I’ve been known to use NLP in a unique way, combining it with embodiment practices, creative expression and Numerology for embodied change. <\/p>\n\n

When we bring together MIND, BODY and SOUL we move forward in life with integrity, purpose and clarity. Recognising at a deeper level who we truly are and why we’re here.<\/p>\n\n

Contrary to popular belief, confidence isn’t about becoming a new person – it’s about finally feeling free to be authentically you. Reducing anxiety isn’t about controlling it – it’s about transforming your relationship with it and emotions you feel, so they no longer take over your life. <\/p>\n\n

Step back into the driver’s seat, learn tools that work and uncover the deeper messages that your body and emotions are communicating. <\/p>\n\n

I believe in empowering clients, so in addition to the work we do together in sessions I give you simple and effective NLP tools and embodiment practices you can keep for life. <\/p>\n\n
