Ancestral Closing Ritual

This Ritual of Mexican origin is a treatment that goes deep into letting go and allows us to turn a page in our life by relieving ourselves of emotional overload.

The ritual is carried out by two therapists and we accompany you throughout the session of approximately 3 hours.

We begin with a comforting herbal tea and a warm foot bath before a 4-hands massage to warm the body and bring emotions to the surface before diving into a bath with medicinal herbs. During this stage, we accompany and support the person so that the emotional overload can come out if necessary: it is a space where we can scream, cry, sing. We take advantage of this to leave as many negative emotions as possible in the bath water! It’s an extremely powerful and completely timeless moment, punctuated by percussion, singing and a lot of sisterhood.

To finish, we carry out a tightening of the whole body with Rebozos (large traditional fabrics) before a rest period to allow the person, like a butterfly, to slowly emerge from this chrysalis and begin this new stage of life, peaceful and calm, emotionally lighter.
