Supporting you to have the births you want, with love, dignity, and respect. I am a former NHS midwife living and working in Barcelona as a holistic birth worker. Normality in birth is my passion and I have spent over 10 years supporting beautiful families to have the births they wanted both at home and in hospital, with love, dignity, and respect. It has been my pleasure to support some of my families for their first, second and even third births and I have become one of the best known and most loved holistic birth workers in the expat community. I also have a great passion for birth education and teach intensive preparation classes since I know that:

My classes are deeply informative and based in the physiology of birth-giving parents an in-depth understanding of how birth works and what can hinder it. I am a breastfeeding super nerd and have a 97% success rate for the women I support, whom many continue to feed their babies for years. I know that one to one support is the key to having a positive; pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience and I am always there to give this support to my clients. Having worked both in hospital and home birth I pride myself on being a truly holistic birth worker giving you that extra care and support needed as you move through the medicalized maternity system.
