Unlike medical staff, a doula does not perform clinical procedures; Instead, Stephanie offers continuous presence, gentleness, empathy, and guidance to make you feel safe, informed, and fully supported.

Doula services can include prenatal meetings to prepare for birth, emotional support, exploring fears and expectations, as well as practical tools such as breathing techniques, comfort measures, and positions for labor.

During childbirth, the doula stays by your side, supporting both you and your partner, respecting your wishes, and helping to create a calm and positive environment.

In the postpartum period, the doula offers warm support from the moment the baby arrives: breastfeeding assistance, emotional well-being, rest, recovery, and transition to parenthood.
