Walking is a wonderful way to care for yourself and your physical and mental health. Walking meditation is one form of mindfulness meditation. The walker is invited to focus on what he or she sees, smells and hears. This allows the brain to focus on its right hemisphere, which is beneficial for improving mood, driving creativity, managing stress and reducing negative emotions.
