FAMILY YOGA

Family yoga classes aim to help children and parents become more aware of their body, mind, and emotions, believe in themselves, trust others and see the magic in life. They allow a child/parent connection that everyday life does not always leave us.

At the same time, the courses teach different lifestyle habits familiar to children, such as an introduction to healthy and sustainable food, dance, storytelling and essential oils.

Family yoga allows for magical moments between children and parents to facilitate relationships, communication, learning and respect for others and our planet.
