Prenatal Yoga helps to reduce common pregnancy aches and pains by stretching and strengthening muscles and boosting the cardiovascular system.
It also prepares the body and mind for childbirth, using deep breathing techniques useful to build endurance, as well as to learn how to deeply relax, reducing fears and apprehension.
Postnatal Yoga will help you regain your strength, improve your posture and muscle tone (deep core and pelvic floor), and it is also a great way to connect with like-minded mamas.
You can bring your little ones to the “Baby and me” classes.
